We’re proud South Australians with a lifelong passion for travel, beaches, and endless summer days. After travelling extensively ourselves, we wanted to create the kind of relaxing coastal getaway we love most — right here in beautiful Adelaide.

That dream became reality with our beachfront holiday properties at Semaphore and Semaphore Park. We have lovingly renovated four seaside apartments to create comfortable, stylish spaces where guests can truly unwind and enjoy everything our stunning coastline has to offer.

Our properties include:

• Vitamine Sea 2 bedroom upstairs apartment, located beachfront at Semaphore
• Sandy Feet 1, 2 & 3 — located at Semaphore Park beach

Within the Semaphore Park complex, we offer:

• One spacious 3-bedroom ground-floor apartment
• Two beautifully appointed 2-bedroom upstairs apartments

Together, the three apartments can accommodate up to 14 guests, making them perfect for extended families, groups of friends, or multiple families holidaying together while still enjoying their own private space.

Our goal is simple — to help you experience the ultimate beachfront staycation in our wonderful state. Adelaide has so much to offer, from pristine beaches, amazing food and wine to festivals, culture, Gather Round, Liv Golf to name a few events and a relaxed lifestyle that makes it one of the world’s most liveable cities.
